Committee is responsible for the Associations annual awards ceremony from conception to completion, including budget, location, set-up and sound, food, decorations, and presentations. |

The Budget and Finance Committee shall recommend policies and procedures for the Association and its investments and prepare an annual operating budget for approval by the Board, recommending changes and increased fees as determined by their findings. |

Committee reviews show prize lists and facilities each year, and makes recommendations to Board and show management in relation to event and associated rules. In addition Committee oversees championship awards procedure, including points, charts, set-up and a schedule for staffing SFHJA booth. Committee will also coordinate hospitality and dinner at championship event. |

Committee works to improve the general understanding of our sport and association through educational programs, forums and seminars, and to promote these to current and potential members. |
